Comfortable and almost new. Very good service and good level of English of the staff for foreigners. They had a small gift for us as it was our Honeymoon trip.

Hotel location is good, near subway station, many cafe and small restaurants around. A 10-min walk to Nishiki Market where you get anything you like :), food, souvenirs, sneakers etc. 1 subway station + walk to Gion area where one can enjoy the scene of old town Kyoto :)

The room have sleek design on them. Very modern kind of Japanese design. Check in took about 15 minutes and the receptionist is very welcoming and letting us know where to shop and eat nearby while waiting for the room to be cleaned. The hotel provided additional service by providing a huge hairdryer instead of a small kind which takes hours to dry. As well as they provide Japanese style clothes for you to sleep on which is super comfortable!

Nice rooms, good breakfast. Reception and concierge deliver excellent service for booking diner reservations. Public transport in front of hotel Restaurants and shopping mall/ Nishiki Market within 10 min a walking distance

Clean new green and friendly staff especially Florent. He gave us ideas of things to see during our stay. He was very very friendly and lovely. Wonderful breakfast!
